- Rath and Pukei now have 90% toxic sensitivity. This reflects their poison resistance in Monster Hunter.
- Fire-aspected monsters (Rathalos/ian, Anjanath, Lavasioth, Teo/Lunastra, Bazelgeuse, and Glavenus) now have high heat armour. This reflects their fire resistance in Monster Hunter.
- Elder Dragons spawning in with most common old age conditions such as dementia, bad back, etc. will now have them automatically removed after a few ticks. If you prefer your dragons nerfed, you can disable this feature in mod options.

- Nulberries implemented. These are rare berries that appear in most biomes. Eating one helps recover from toxic buildup, as well as provides immunity gain, for a mere two hours. Nulberries cannot be used for crafting.
- Mod plants added to biomes from Alpha Biomes, Medieval Overhaul, and More Vanilla Biomes.
- The Mega Potion has been reworked and no longer works like a mech serum. It now reduces bleeding and increases healing for a short time. I don't have much time to test this in combat, so let me know if it needs nerfing or buffing.
- As a result of mega potion nerfing, the basic Potion has been added. It is half as effective as a mega potion. In a life-or-death situation, it is better than nothing for staving off death for a short time.
- As a result of potion changes, potions and mega potions are now adminstrable to pawns as a medical operation.
