Added new Medieval Overhaul hide items and leather tanning support for all monsters, except some small monsters, which haven't had a leather implemented into base mod yet.
Exception disclaimer: Tesuka and Rath monsters are hardcoded to drop leather separately in the base mod, and thus are not affected by MO's leather tanning system.
Hide values are currently placeholder, but have been balanced in reference to the existing Dinosauria leather patch.

Additional changes:
- If 'Apothecary' is installed, potions are now craftable at the apothecary table.
