Added a hatch to the Moon Pool Room that can be closed while the pool isn't in use. Will protect the sub from monsters getting on board, as well as making sure crew doesn't get knocked out of the sub while traveling or in a fight with large sea creatures.

Rewired the whole electrical system to be more efficient. This required the addition of another Junction Box. The white arrows on the junction boxes indicate how the primary power cables connect. Also added a button next to the Nav Term that switches the Reactor from fuel efficient mode, to performance mode (faster power flux adaption at the cost of higher fuel burn rate). Lots of graphical and bug fixes as well.

Add a system to disable the motion sensors on all of the doors. Above the Nav Terminal are two button. If you press the first button it turns red and the motion detectors for the doors are disabled while Red Alert is active. If you hit the 2nd button both buttons turn red and the motion detectors for the doors are disabled at all times. Both buttons are toggles, and secured to the Captain.

Moved the Artifact Storage to move the hulls around (details having to do with ballast levels). The keypad in front of the door will open it. Also added a light to the Armory Auto-Lock switch. When it's red the Auto-Lock on the Armory Door will be disabled. Don't let prisoners wander in.

Graphical Updates, and I made all door motion detectors editable in game, so you can clip the wire and make them standard non-automatic doors (including the armory, which will remove the auto close function of that door).

Recolored the interior of the sub, fixed an issue with the Charon Canon blowing itself up (I did say this was a playtest version), and manually calculated the Ballast Neutral Level to account for the permanently flooded areas (small required hull for the moon pool, and the area outside of the top airlock so the artifact storage is considered inside the sub). Also did some more adjustments of the Red Alert colors.
