Revert:: Reverting some improvements from 1.0.12 to its original code. Issue about displaying the shortcutbar is still fixed, but using the walk scroll in FPS mode will revert to TPS camera. This cannot be fixed (for now)

Fix:: Pushing the walk input key was displaying the shortcut bar in Immersive Hud
