- Complete Addon Rework

Rework done specially to fith with the new Smoke Shock Effects, the new changes are suject to Hotfixs and Tweaks soon. Also deleted Optimized Particles, this due now all Muzzleflash Effects have less FAS:2 Smoke because now them are done to work with the new Smoke Shock Effects that can be disabled by cl_tfa_rms_smoke_shock 0, now i need to decide if delete all Glow Effects or only one of the Three Glow Effects.

- Added Smoke Shock Effects, use cl_tfa_rms_smoke_shock 1 / 0 to enable or disable it.
- Some Improves and Tweaks.
- Deleted HL2 Viewmodel Remplacements.
