- Fixed HWM Medic's stretch and compress textures

- Removed all eighteen standard ragdolls and replaced with nine recompiled standard ragdolls
- Textures have been improved to no longer show annoying white lines with distance
- Extra TIP skins have been included on the standard ragdolls
- Standard Spy ragdoll has several mask bodygroups instead of dozens of skins
- Physics have been replaced with nexus_elite's version two improved physics
- Addon no longer requires Team Fortress 2 to fill in any missing textures
