Removed the automatic reactor control on the Iroh AI. Improved the battery on the Iroh Full Load so that it engages whenever the reactor is turned off, instead of when the fuel depletes.

Added an automatic reactor controller shown in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KEfWnL-kyL0. I won't make it able to be turned off, but you can simply add a button and wire it to the relay to turn the automatic control off.

Added a fully loaded version of the Iroh AI, featuring 4 pulse lasers and 2 rail guns.
