Nerfed Scrap Armor weight.
Rebalanced some Protection values.

Added Bullet protection stats to all armor pieces.
Added New displaycategory for Armor.
Fixed Female positions for leg pouches and handplates
Fixed that the player needed scrap armor to make salvaged melee weapons.
Fixed the noise from scrap armor and helmet.
Rebalanced all armor protection values.
Nerfed the spawnrate, capacity, weight and weightreduction of the travel pack.
Nerfed Skillbook spawnrate.
