~ Citizens once again need to sleep, but the "tired" stat now goes away twice as fast as it previously did.

+ Server admins have an "Upgrade Crabs" button, which will give all current crabs +1 evolution on their next respawn. Players who die after this button is pressed don't reap the benefits, so this is a way for admins to give an advantage to players who die early. Every 10 minutes, this button will be automatically pressed, so if you die before a game event you'll get a small bonus.
