~ Modified dealer debt distribution to be fairer on higher playercounts

+ Gordon spawn node added in sub editor, but not in any maps. If a spawn node is added to a map, there will be no shuttle and gordon will spawn at a random node if you have multiple. This is meant to be a temporary fix until shuttles ACTUALLY get working again. If the shuttle starts working again, the gordon spawn node will override the shuttle and spawn him in the map instead incase you think that suits your map better.
+ Fake purified water that can be used to forcefeed and give someone the forgetful stat(along with nausea)
~ Resistance members with the forgetful stat can not be interrogated
~ All map nodes renamed to use the name "Node" to be easier to search for, and automatically start with hidden in game and non-interactable checked for easier map making
~ CWU and CP both have their medical stat increased 2x higher.
