- Fixed lightmap inconsistencies all around the map

- Fixed a hole under the "goop" bridge
- Fixed footstep sounds on certain rooftops
- Added some missing snow patches all over the map
- Replaced snow floor with a proper texture on the yellow warehouse
- Moved the Christmas tree (It will stay until the end of the year)
- Removed the ambulance ambient sound
- Slightly decreased volume of some soundscapes
