Nerfs
- Adjusted DAir hitboxes to be a little smaller, and added sourspots near Mudkip. It also comes out a bit slower (f16->f18)
- DStrong comes out later (f17->f20), has more endlag (+2f), and the lifetime of the eruptions has been reduced (4->2)
- Dive now has more endlag when exiting the water if it whiffs (8 extra frames)
- Reduced FAir kbs (0.85->0.8)
