[Biotech update 2]

(Biotech DLC)
- add MeleeDamageFactor stat : combat grade hediff, CQC module, officer command ability
(MeleeDamageFactor is enabled only on biotech.)
- add Xenotype to human PawnKind in PnL Subsidiary Company

(Ideology DLC)
- add Ability : CQC module, rapid fire module
(Ability is enabled only on Ideology.)

- fix module stat : CQC module
- fix costList : automaton repair kit
- fix thingDef count : repair surgery
