  • Civic: Memorialists (all versions) have a chance for better modifiers on Relic Worlds
  • Origin: Ocean Paradise and empires with the Hydrocentric ascension perk have higher chances for better modifiers on Ocean Worlds (stackable)
  • Origin: Teachers of the Shroud and empires that have adopted the Psionics traditions have chances for better modifiers on Shrouded Worlds (stackable)
