Added support for the mod Deep Storage Plus (Continued)

- The perceived temperature has been reduced a bit. Before it was exactly 0C, now -10C. This is because some mods like Vanilla Brewing Expanded - Coffees and Teas need it to be *below* freezing to do things like make iced coffee.
- Upon community feedback, the power draw has been rebalanced. It is now 80W and 150W for the 1x1 and 1x2, respectively.
