removed a duct block i felt was unecessary

adjusted hardpoint rotation limits. added some extra decorations, aswell as removing a cargo spawnpoint. (also fixed sprite depth of a decoration)

wired up the docking hatches because i somehow forgot, moved the ballast pumps down with extra decorations

slightly changed some structures, re-added some of the logic for the reactor from the old vellamo. also removed a few duct blocks

Removed buttons, fixed some hulling, removed a duct block from command, fixed airlock being wonky, fixed the floor in command being uneven.

fixes in the sprite depths of some decorations, aswell as some slight change in directions
