Added Dodge Truck from EAW and changed civ vehicle spawn rates.

Redefined base unit classes so civilian drivers should now all be Asian, removed Tanoans from civ template. Added civilian yoke backpack to PAVN spawn items.

Game no longer generates errors on mission load. Police units now spawning correctly for missions like assassination and POW. Errors and mission unit spawns were affected by undefined pistol magazine in code.

Fixed role selection and more boat undercover alterations.

EAW sun hat has mild ballistic protection and thus was incorrectly classed as military apparel."

All UNARMED civilian boats *should * now correctly be undercover on dedicated.

This will be the final edit to the modlist, sorry about the change in dependencies for the scenario! I tested this extensively before inclusion.

Added Mods:

RDS Vehicles - Adds a range of new 1960s-70s civilian vehicles including a motorcycle which replaced the bicycle in the PAVN vehicle menu, providing mountain friendly fast-transport for 1-2 persons.

East Asia War - Adds 1930s era Imperial Japanese equipment which fills out early era roles for PAVN in the arsenal as well as a wide range of PAVN artillery objects, static weapons and objects for populating the map/construction menu.

Improved Melee Mod - A Prereq for EAW, this adds a range of civilian implements and ingigenous melee weapons. Several of these are now in the arsenal.

Added mine detectors to template for ARVN/MACV explosives experts and engineers. This should give PAVN players access to the tools necessary to do missions like "catch airdrop" which are protected by minefields.
