2024 Update

-- 222 new voice lines
-- 75 new voice cues
-- Normalised audio and added new radio effect to all voice lines
-- Voice pack now only generates on viper soldiers
-- Added 'Allies Unknown Redux Species: Vipers' as a dependency
-- Added 'WOTC' as a dependency

-- Added voice lines for the various Viper-related actions in Allies Unknown Redux Species: Vipers (Bind, Poison Spit, Tongue Pull, etc.)
-- Added voice lines for using Medical Protocol
-- Burning should now play the correct voice line, as the previous update apparently didn't fix it
