- Bumped the time from 19:01:00 to 19:03:00 for added atmosphere.

- Reduced the number of Shadowmen and gave (most of) the ""ground"" forces silencers to muffle the gunfire for atmospheric boost.

- Added Jerry. You can see him from the top of the tower. Feel free to say "Hi", as he's still a ways off.

Fixed-up some issues. The Shadowmen are now healthily distracted to buy time for the player to get accross the Fire Escape without getting cheap shotted by said shadowmen (firearms will still get you if you don't take advantage of the fog).
