Added Encyclopedia support
It should list info related to characters and items
Only item lacking in ency support is Multitool as it is a key variant,
we are developing a workaround for this issue.

Fixed:
-TR Judas' shadow clones being mirrored in mirror world
-TR Judas thrown bombs doing less damage
-T Cain crashing when crafting item with black hearts in it
Rebalancing:
TR Isaac's Blighted Dice now Take 1 charge and Broken Dice takes 6.
Blighted Dice now always reroll items into items of the same quality.
Broken Dice now only takes away a heart container when rerolling items.

-Fixed TR Judas being unable to use sac room
-Made generic status effect bags activate when swung
-Fixed TR Judas' clones being able to be upgraded with the sewing machine
-Fixed Purified Streaming cucking other mods from blindfolding characters
-Fixed Russian translation for Dad's Wallet & ! Card
-Fixed Book and Mystic bags from not spawning cards and runes respectively
