- added custom repair function with detection for installed parts, meaning: bear bus / jeep and others with custom parts won't be completely tuned out, but instead be like a fully repaired default game spawn.

- new option "disable event performance optimization": see tooltip for info
- options with restart required are now marked with an asterisk
- added toggle for alternative "open sesame" text
