Full remake of The Complete Ghillie Pack:

- Textures have been added, changed and/or removed.

- Custom NVG Model has been added.

- Independent Ghillie Suit and Hood Slots.

- Category system changed from Names to Names+Numbers to improve the classname length and everyone's ability to find sets easier.

- Added a whole new category called "Lucky" made by LuckyLuciano.

- Removed the Dirt category, this may be re-added in the future with more options.
