made the submarine usable by now having 2 ballasts (yeahhhhhh!!!!!!)
very minor decorational adjustments
replaced the 2 small cabinets in the engine room with a large one
made the 2 decorational suit lockers in the engine room usable

added some extra fins, some extra decorations and also increased the pump speed on all small pumps aswell as also fixing the hardpoint rotation limits

Added some more decorations, adjusted hardpoint rotational limits by a bit and also made the engine room shorter.
