fixed flamethrower effect not working in MP

made mgl work how it does in game
update scythe materials to now be bronze (thanks olli)
made it so the explosives damage cars properly

annihilator rechamber was accidentally reversed
(ads when in hipfire, hipfire when in ads)
fixed layering on explosion effect

fixed bow playing dryfire rapidly underwater
added custom explosion effects

fixed z fighting on tempest

forgot some kill icons
fixed bash timings
