Fixes the issue with icons taking a long time to update. This same fix may help with a few other misc issues as well.

Partial fix to the scaling issues that happen when you have a very high number of colonists. I say "partial" because things are non-ideal still, as the portraits get a bit cramped together when there's a ton of colonists. A fix for this will take a fair bit of effort, so I'll be looking into this next.

- Fixes an issue where the death timer's UI could spiral out of control
- Added some UI lines to wrap around pawn groups. Note the ordering is not yet enforced, though.

- When you click a pawn a second time in the colonist bar, it inverts the relationship viewer to show you other colonist's opinion towards this pawn.
- Added tooltips to the relationship viewer to explain what you're looking at exactly.
- Added an option for relationship viewer alt mode. In alt mode, when you click a pawn, nothing special happens. Only if you click it again do you get the relationship view mode. Click a 3rd time for the inverted mode.
- Added an option to make good moods render a green color instead of nothing at all.

- Pawns are given a bleeding icon now if they are bleeding.
- Furthermore, if a pawn is bleeding out so much that they could die, their name will turn red and show their death timer, and their background color will pulse.
