-Made Hole 4 easier by increasing length flat-piece near hole
-Made Hole 8 harder by adding pole in center of bridge
-Made Hole 13 easier by adding adding barriers to middle-top piece and increased length to hole. Also added bumps leading to hole to mitigate the overall decreased difficulty of the hole.

- Section of Hole 16 did not have a wall, added one
- Relocated some cupcakes on Hole 9

- Made Hole 11 slightly harder by moving back starter ramp
- Made Hole 13 slightly easier by moving hole closer to spawn, still same path just more leeway
- Made Hole 15 slightly easier by increasing the gap width on the paths to the sides of the rotating cookie
- Fixed Hole 16 to allow for hole in two
- Tweaked some scenery issues
