Map 1 had classname enitity error and would not load. Updated a lot of sound files so that they now play = all 3 maps.

There were non-existent sound files orphaned across all maps. Fixed and re-created sound.cache file.

increased tank spawns/specials/hordes and increased health and supply spawns in maps 2 and 3.
