so I can't begin to explain why, but ever since we changed the Mummy material file, even when making a version of said file specifically for the enemy packs, the Mummy still depends on the original material file for Countryside remastered, which also means that the new material hit sounds have to be the versions from Countryside remastered, otherwise SED throws a bitch-fit
so long story short, a few more files from ASSPBR have been added to the enemy packs

hotfix to last one: forgot to add reptiloid scheme file

- added shaking parameters to death animations for Reptiloids and Arachnoids
- added a new death animation for the Arachnoid via modifying its wound animation
- bloodmaps have been enabled on the Arachnoid and the Harpy
- added new material hit and gibbing sounds to the Mummy
