Introduction of the new arsenal selection event:

You need the Stargate technologie to trigger it, it is a physical technological research which is unlocked very quickly:
With this event, you can:

- Select each faction tech
- Select Tau'ri/asgard faction tech
- Select all stargate arsenal tech

- Ancient and ori tech are grouped because ori beam are the only tech research for this faction

- All utility component are independent of these choice, including armor, reactor (ZPM of course) and crystal
control

- For Tau'ri/Goa'uld/Asgard tech tree, you have all shield of these factions for each one


I fixed the Ancient cannon that were in engineering research instead of physics
I technologicaly split wraith plasma research and wraith point defense research.

Fix asgard/wraith/Tau'ri icon ship part for some variant

Buff ancient drone swarm ( only L slot )

Fix L slot for naquadah generator
Fix G slot for tau'ri horizon missile

-Ancient Shields ( 6 variants / S M L slot )

-Asgard Shield ( 5 variants / S M L slot )
-Goa'uld Shield ( 5 variants / S M L slot )

-Naquadah Armor Plating ( 4 variants / S M L slot )
-Trinium Armor Plating ( 4 variants / S M L slot )
-Neutronium Armor Plating ( 2 variants / S M L slot )

Rework ancient drone:

Fix and balance:

- Fix Wraith plasma cannon 1.0 component and sound
- Fix tauri railgun particle and sound
- Reduce all stargate tech cost
- Rework all component stats
- Fix all translations
