-Adjusted chest type spawn chances, now instead of having equal spawn chance every type of chest has its own chance to spawn.
-Moved chests/drones to shops and adjusted their positions when playing in greed mode.
-Rusty Chest now spawns in secret rooms instead of boss rooms, if the player is in ascension sequence the chest spawns in treasure rooms.
-If remove shop items option is enabled, everything above and including 7 cents is removed, this was bugged before.

-Bundle of Fireworks damage is reduced if T. Keeper mode is enabled, the reduction is the same as the coin spawn chance percentage. (50% coin spawn chance = 50% damage reduction for the fireworks)
