- Adjusted the price of all backpacks and packs to make them more in line with the vanilla items
- Adjusted the moving speed penalty when wearing a backpack (toolbelts have no penalty)
- Allowed Medipacks and Ammopacks to be stored in all backpacks
- Added the Shield Backpack (pressure immunity and damage reduction depending on the battery type used)
- Fixed the Minigun not being able to be upgraded to masterwork quality when using the Security officer talents
