She shoots a bunch of petals out and it does damage

Dspecial:
Sunnyday was removed and was replaced by teeter dance
teeter dance functions the same as the old Lilligant but is the old framedata (before the boredom patch)
btw it gives you 10 petals instead of 6

Ftilt, Fair and Utilt:
Now can throw petals by holding attack before she attacks

Petals:
Max petals reduced 120 -> 40

Init:
KBA 1 -> 0.95

And some minor changes that I forgot to put down and yes there are frame data changes in the new animations

Petal puff (powered up Nspecial):
+ Increased knockback and lowered the angle a bit (50 > 40)

Pollen puff:
+ Damage increased when in Sunny day
- Removed the speed boost from Sunny day

Dstrong:
+ Now has a hitbox for petals
- instead of gaining petals you now lose petals
- Damage on her hands has been decreased

Sunny Day:
- Increased cooldown by 2 seconds (600 > 720)
+ Increased the speed at which you get petals at (15% > 8%) (37 petals > 70 petals in one sunny day)

Petal Dance:
- Reduced Soft Armor
+ Increased soft armor when in Sunny day
