Nerfs
- Moved the 10 soft armor on FTilt to only be active after 15 frames of charge
- Increased endlag of charged FTilt just a little (24->30)
Fixes / Other Changes
- Added an indicator when Matt charges a move halfway or when the charge changes the moves function (ex: UTilt lightning)
- Swapped the Gold and Silver alts so that Gold has the shiny effect

- Increased dash and init dash speed (5.25->6.25)
- Increased FTilt sweetspot scaling (0.95->1.05), and added 10 soft armor during startup and active frames
- Neutral attack now goes further and is invincible to projectiles while the grab is active
- Increased BAir sweetspot dmg (11->12)
Fixes / Other Changes
- Fixed an oversight where SSL Matt didn't count as a Kewtian
- Fixed UAir/UpB not being chargeable with strong button
