Fixed a graphical bug that caused the costumes for Azazel and Tainted Azazel to not display properly

Fixed a graphical bug that caused the costume to be applied over items like Gnawed Leaf

Changed how the mod determines to apply the disappointed face, now being closer to how mods like Pog for Good Items and Ugh for Bad Items work with all items being set to default if the disappointed face should be applied or not.

This change will overwrite any previous settings you may have had for any items so you will have to manually change them back to how they were before.

The issue with item names not displaying properly and modded items not showing up will be fixed once the next patch that will hopefully give the API a way to get the item names releases.

Minor change made to the Minimum Quality parameter in the Mod Config Menu.

Added Mod Config Menu support, allows for you to change if the disappointed face is applied for what items, the minimum quality needed to activate the face, and if it should ignore the Curse of the Blind.
