-Removed the power requirement for the tanning rack. Forgot to do that last update (oops)

-To lazy to fix the grandfish collision so i ripped the base part from the thinfish drying rack. Collision now properly applies. Click the frame of the Grandfish drying rack to use it.

SHOULD only need a standard import.
