Gave flat-bottom wheel physics to all trucks, added car-end DOT plates to Tanker3. Also, removed Mozer's old props since Bobster's pack seems to have that area covered much better.

Removed old cabooses, added Extended Vision, Bay Window, End Cupola, and Center Cupola type cabooses, finally removed the obselete coach2 models that somehow managed to stick around.
