Another blomberg update. Fixed some smoothing on the axles, made the traction motors enamel gray (consistent with other newer models), recessed the bolster mounting face deeper in. No dupes should be broken, submaterials may be however.

Fixed (some) smoothing on the blomberg, put standard gauge traction motors on the PHX gauge trucks (just to illustrate how chungy PHX gauge is), fixed a missing material on the hardhat

Added mining light bodygroup to hardhat and added bodygroups to remove the body, brim, etc. Adjusted logo placement on ballcap and added similar deletion bodygroups.
