I have removed the old way I had for removing weight as it was causing some items to still have weight (propane tanks and paint are some things this fixes off t

In this update I've increased the Capacity of the player's inventory as well as made the vehicle storage and vanilla bag storage even higher than it was. I've also made it so that all items, even modded ones, now weigh nothing.

NOTE: A few items still have weight for some reason but 99% of items do not. ALSO only new items spawned in the world will have no weight, so it is best to start a new world with this, but it is not required.

Changed the weight reduction of everything to 100 percent. I plan to eliminate the weight of hydrocraft items in next update, as requested.

Removed the increase size of Fuel Tank, Tires, and Brakes as the change of inventory on those was never intentional
