Cloud Patch:

Changed name.

Gave Cloud a voice.

Air friction reduced on climbhazzard. Partial revert of a nerf to help track DI better with the falling hit, still worse control than before the nerf.

Realigned Fair hitbox. Range should be roughly the same just made it fit the animation properly.

Up Attack: Decending knockback reduced to 5(.6) from 6(.8)

Fair: Spike Knockback Changed: 7(.6) > 5(.8)

Fixed buffer issues with using attacks on different buttons.
