Gains:

- Overal muscle gain decrease by 50%. making snowball harder in advantage, dying instead fill the 30% of 'current progress to max' muscle gain (so if you die at 0% gain to boost to 30%, but if you die at 50% gain it just add to 65%).

- Less snowbally, more like a natural progression, half of both

- All Nspecial throws have .25 scaling so it doesn't consistent at all percent
- All Nspecial throws have .5 hitpause scaling
