Huge changes involving role syncing with the Jester
New score punishment for surviving the round as a Swapper.
New ConVar to randomise the role on a round to round basis - see description or ULX.
New popups informing you of your outcome of dying as the swapper that round.
German language translation added.

There may be some weird interactions with the Beggar and the Clown right now, please report these and they'll be addressed in the rework for those 2 roles.

Notable changes from Tim's pull request which merged the remaining Swapper features from the Jester Role
- Cleaned up all my code
- Brought over the Swapper function code from the Jester
- Changed the role icon (If you've already downloaded the old icon itll stay until your local gmod cache is cleared)
- Added a convar to delay the respawn
- Added a convar to give the swapper the opposite killers role
- Added a convar to only respawn the swapper once the killer died

Wait for Jester Changed before pushing update

Will now announce a Jester is in the round (just like the normal Jester announcements) when a Swapper is in the round.

Updated to swap teams as well as roles.
This is needed for roles like the doppelganger
