+ Hopefully fixed UStrong multihit from not hitting anyone

+ Decreased startup frames (10 > 8)
+ Increased KB scaling (.8 > 1.0)

DAttack
+ Decreased startup frames (12 > 10)
+ Decreased ending frames (20 > 17)
+ Can now be jump cancelable like UTilt

+ Increased front hitbox height (80 > 100)

Nerfs

General

Big Band can now only stun his opponents once per combo, if he leaves them untouched for a short amount of time then he can stun them again.


UAir
- Increased startup frames (10 > 12)

Air FSpecial
- Increased ending frames (20 > 34)
- Set Hspd type to 1 on window 3
- Removed the 2nd hitbox

Adjuted Fspecial HB angle (42 > 30)

Jab is no longer techable or SDI'd, allowing you to do a combo without the opponent punishing you
