Nerfed Horned Devils' stats all around as seeing 100 stats Champions (due to equipment) was a bit too much and a single patrol could take out pretty much anything the base game has to offer. Champions are still a bitch after the nerf tho

Tweaked spawn rates in the north as they were too common and added some extra defenses to the fishing village in the Cannibal Plains just in case a large group roams in.
