Small hotfix:
- Reverted biotrophy output multiplier to 1% (from 0.5%)
- Disabled the anti-leader desync event (facepalm)

Attempted hotfix for mac/linux with a simple empty file in the common/buildings folder
Crashes are still present but we are trying to locate why they happen, how to avoid it and how to tell the devs about it
