Keeper's health won't go back to 3 coin health when picking up health up items. Keeper's health will function as usual when picking up Greed's Gullet.

Added Tainted Lilith Birthright effect: spawns red creep under her that deals 2.5x player's damage. Every time she shots umbilical baby spawns red creep trail that deals 1.5x player's damage.
Keeper buff: besides free item per floor now birthright gives +1 health container and effects of Silver Dollar and Rib of Greed.
