Fix speed multiplier not saving.

Add speed multiplier.

Fix menu disabling scaling allowing for some jitter going in and out of it.

Fix textbox styling in menu.

Fix tool drawing disabling when in menu.

Disable tool drawing while in a vehicle.

Adjust collsion math slightly to tolerate more, player now floats in water and can jump too.

Add the gun.
Change menu layout slightly.
Save custom values aswell now.
