Fixes a bug with repeatable researches not properly resetting after the previous update.

Added a mod config to disable repeatable researches. They may be researched once, then may not be researched again, like any other research. If they have already been researched multiple times in your save, they should still apply, but I didn't test that.

Removed building MaxHP researches. Good idea in theory, but in practice RimWorld was not built for it.

Does not fix MacOS saving bug, still trying to debug that.

Adds researches (suggested by MountedCombat) to increase colony buildings' max HP.
Allows Research-Dependent Stat Defs to more easily target buildings, rather than nearly forcing it to be pawns.

Hopefully some pretty major performance improvements. Please let me know how late-game saves (particularly those with lots of animals/pawns) handle this update as compared to before.

Fixed an oversight causing slavery to not be properly checked for in regards to other factions.

Rewrite's initial stages complete. I'm going to leave this for a couple days, to iron out any initial bugs I missed from testing, then really get into the meat and potatoes of rewriting all the everything.

As a bonus, I also added/fixed compatibility with Better Ground Penetrating Scanners! Thanks to the lovely folks in the bug reports Discussion here on Steam who helped me figure out the issue :)
