Added Pucci as an NPC with quests
Added Disc blueprint
Added Eternal arrows
Added Stand auras for stands
Replaced Ovas with Retros from the arrow stand pool
Stand names are now aligned to the left
Stand XP is now displayed at the top of the screen
Attacks now have a bigger hitbox overall
Stand discs now have a value

Some much needed nerfs:
*Nerfed D4C:LT's bleeding damage and duration
*Nerfed Love Train's damage reflected
*Also nerfed Sticky Fingers' proc damage by half
