Added SPOVA and TWOVA as stand-alone variants
Added Spooky World back
Rare stands now have a star above their name
Damage should now scale properly with player level
Timestop now scales with player level:
*STW - 0.05 seconds per lvl
*TW - 0.05 seconds per lvl
*SP - 0.1 seconds per lvl
*TWAU - 0.15 seconds per lvl
