Some abilities got updated:
-Added a bit of end lag to some abilities
-Ability backgrounds now change colors too
-Ability backgrounds now get highlighted when they are being used
-Basic barrages and strong punches are no longer mute
-Changed The World's strong punch to a new move (donut punch)
-Changed the animations of Shadow The World's XXI and Punishment
-Updated Sheer Heart Attack's sprite
-Updated Gold Experience's scorpion sprite
-Gold Experience's life punch no longer affects resources
-Updated Silver Chariot's stab barrage
-Made WhiteSnake actually hold the gun now
-Melee pull is now more reliable
-Love Train rays now change colors too
-Fixed Love Train rays not getting cleaned up properly
-Fixed King Crimson's heavy chop refunding its cooldown when you leave the area

Other changes:
-Added new setting for displaying empty runes or not
-Added sound when scoring a critical hit

There has been a major change to Stand storage and Stand saving, previously owned Stands should be unaffected besides the "undefined" text in storage which can be fixed by just re-storing the Stand.
Also once again attack collisions and localization system were changed.
Improved the settings menu and added a controls section to remap keybinds
Reduced S&W's screws and nuts ability damage to 8 from 15.

Changes to Stand XP:
-Changed XP formula
-Added new XP bar effects
-Added text effects when gaining XP
-Reduced the amount of XP from resources
-Added new XP related settings
-Changed jjMaxExp command to jjsGrantXP

Other changes:
-Updated Rokakaka tree sprite
-Changed attacks' hitbox again
-Reduced Epitaph's base duration to 5 from 10
-Changed Timestop and Love Train duration calculations with Stand total power to be more consistent

Rune System has been reworked:
-Runes are no longer items
-Runes can now be stored through the mod menu
-Added Rune Bundle (gives you runes)
-DIO now drops a Rune bundle instead of runes
-Pucci may now reward you with rune bundles
-Added new rune

Other changes:
-Reimplemented localization system, you may lose some items but the world no longer crashes when switching languages
-Added 3 new rarities and renamed ascended to celestial
-Changed rarities' colors
-Added new holy parts (not functional yet)
-Reduced DIO's hp to 6000 from 8000
-Reduced Prisoner's hp to 120 from 500
-Updated DIO's coffin and Shards table sprites
-Cooldowns will now round unless if less than 1

The mod menu has been overhauled, here are some key changes:
-Menu colors now change with your current Stand
-Added Info section for teaching new players
-Added Variants section which allows you to see different variants of your current Stand
-Added Evolutions section which allows you to view the available evolution options of your current Stand
-Added Settings section, Stand volume setting was moved here
-Added Stats section, relevant stat info was moved here
-Added Storage section, storage UI was moved here
-Improved Storage drawing performance
-Empty storages now display nothing instead of "empty"

Other changes:
-Changed collision for actors and attacks
-Stands now get XP from destroying resources
-Stand XP bar got minor changes
-Stand power multiplier is no longer exponential
-Stands get more stats points depending on their power multiplier now
-Reduced value of Blank Disks to 1 (you can no longer become rich with whitesnake)
-Holy parts and requiem arrows now use proper rarity weight values
-Increased TWAU panic timestop base duration to 10 from 8
-Game now makes an HTTP request to get the latest mod version on steam
-Fixed SPOH and TWOH not displaying their alt color properly
-Fixed Star Platinum Star Finger not working properly (finally)

Changes to the Rune system and Energize:
-Rune remover is now unobtainable as it is no longer needed
-Runes can now be removed by clicking them on the UI
-Changed Energize Runes scaling, common runes now grant 200 max energy and each tier adds 50
-Energy regeneration scales up to 8 times overtime and resets to 1 upon using an ability

Changes to Energy orbs:
-Reduced spawn chance to 20% from 50%
-Added pick up sound
-Despawns after one minute
-Doubled detection range
-Now 5% of max energy is also restored when picked up
-Added a simple animation
-Fixed error when checking for player Stand

Other changes:
-Moved Green Baby to spirit forges
-Fixed stationary attacks error
